5M Coffee can help you pair your dessert menu with a coffee to offer an extension of your menu, or work with you to create a bespoke Coffee Menu.
We will present fully costed options to you and offer a number of roasters and origins to choose from, along with recommendations for brewing methods. You will be able to experience these as your customers would, in the comfort of your restaurant.
Training can be given to your staff for the brewing methods that suit the coffee chosen, and presentation techniques discussed.
Once your coffee service has been established you may wish to consider Gold Cup Accreditation, another service provided by 5M Coffee in conjunction with the SCAE (Speciality Coffee Association of Europe).

After dinner, your customers are not likely to be craving an espresso so the focus should be on Filter Coffee and alternative brewing methods such as French Press, Aeropress or Dripper (Pourover).
