A great barista makes this process look so simple. There are a number of variables to consider and compensate for throughout this process that require a level of understanding to allow you to control and manipulate the desired outcome. At 5M Coffee Company we believe that training you on your own machine will achieve the best result. Our team of trainers have used a number of Home and Commercial Espresso Machines throughout their careers and can adapt to their surroundings, producing a consistent shot after only a short time 'dialling in' your grinder and coffee machine.
Starting out by assessing your technique and sampling a coffee you have prepared, we will walk you through the steps using The 5M's Principle, recording any changes in your routine and providing you with a training roadmap.
