In 2010 we predicted that Filter Coffee would become more prominent and over the course of the next few years will be elevated in its status.

5M Coffee has invested in a Coffee Refractometer and ExtractMojo ® software to measure the total dissolved solids in a cup of coffee and help you prepare filter coffee to the exacting Gold Cup standards.
